Traditional personal training has limits. People's expectations are often not met, not because they can't exercise or get out of breath but due to nutritional, lifestyle and emotional barriers.
At Fitnotherapy we combine Personal Training, Nutrition & Lifestyle Management alongside Executive Coaching, giving you the results you've always wanted.
All Fitnotherapy programmes are designed to
identify and remove blocks and bad habits that prevent us achieving desired goals.

NUTRITION
Fitnotherapy nutrition plans are designed with the individual in mind. Not focussed on fat loss alone, our food plans also treat metabolism and hormone imbalances to restore health.

About Polly
Fitnotherapy is a fitness and health programme
designed by Polly Tudor-Williams.
After a career in London as a successful executive coach and mentor, Polly has brought her passion for personal development and nutrition into the world of health and wellbeing, qualifying as a Level 3 GP referral personal fitness trainer and starting her own practice to service her clients’ needs on the South Coast.
As well as running her bespoke PT sessions for individuals and groups, Polly is also recognised in pre-habilitation fitness, working with pre-operative patients in advance of surgery to enhance their post-operative recovery. Qualified to help those suffering from chronic illnesses through diet, fitness, lifestyle and behavioural change coaching.
Previously practicing as an ITEC Holistic Massage Therapist, she brings 15 years of knowledge on the anatomy of muscles and movement to her PT work and postural assessments.
